With over a century of history under it’s belt, Capstan: Navy Cut is a market veteran. The ingredients state that there is no flavouring or topping applied. That being said when smelling the tobacco, it has a sweet sugar like essence. Straight Virginia is used for the base, rich and sweet with a distinctive citric quality.
