Gurkha Cigars were originally created over a hundred years ago. After disappearing for decades the brand was relaunched in 1992 and have gone on to become one of the most recognisable New World companies. This boutique brand now manufactures over 105 different brands whilst still maintaining its exquisite quality.

The decision to rebirth Gurkha Cigars was made by Hansotia in 1989. From the start he wanted to cater to a gap in the market for super premium hand rolled New World cigars, and so went about dedicating resources to making this become a reality.
