Firstly, we at The Pipe Shop LTD. would like to wish all our customers a Happy New Year, despite the less than optimal introduction to 2021 we have already had. As the nation hunkers down for another mandatory lockdown, we have had to close the front of shop to comply with the regulations and guidelines. Fear not, for we are still operating a functional mail order service and are dedicated to getting you the products you need to stave off that cabin fever. A range of shipping options are available from 2nd Class through to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, all being dispatched through Royal Mail.
We also offer a local same day delivery service for £8.00 (orders must be placed before 14:00, a limited number of slots are available). We are aware that a number of our customers are in the high risk category and want to alleviate any concerns they may have when ordering from us.
If you are going for the Home Delivery option you can make arrangements to have the order left in a location that requires no contact being made with staff.
Orders can either be placed here at www.thepipeshop.co.uk as well as by phone. Our staff are always happy to assist you and can be reached Monday through Friday on 0131-553-3561. When you call simply follow the instructions, leaving a message containing your full name, address and contact number along with the order or query. After this one of our staff will promptly phone you back. Do not leave any form of sensitive information (i.e card or banking details) as we will process payments when on the phone with you.
